Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well established and dynamic sales environment. You will be given leads and a sceudle to follow as well as pricing to follow.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to close deals
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Excellent market knowledge and ability to identify potential customers
- Technical sales expertise to effectively communicate the value of our products/services
- Demonstrated business development skills to expand customer base
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
